Registration
Why is Registration required to see pricing?
We strive to offer our customers the widest array of antique reproductions, giftware, and furniture items at the best prices available. Being that we are a wholesale supplier, we only sell our products to retail shops and other businesses. To insure your privacy as well as ours, we have chosen to keep our prices available only to registered users.
How do I register?
You can registers by clicking on the Login link at the top of the page. Then click on Register on the right side of the screen under New Member. Enter all the information that the form requires. Please note that you will choose and confirm your own password. We do not choose or issue your password for you. Additionally, you have the option to upload a copy of your State Tax License. Should your state not require one, please provide us with a copy of your business card or other proof that you are a business.
After you have registered, you will have a short waiting period while we verify your business license or other forms. Once your registration has been approved, you can begin shopping and placing orders whenever you wish.
I don't have a scanner. How else can I submit my state Tax License?
You can submit your Tax license to us via FAX. Our FAX number is: (314) 383-2608. Please make your FAX ATTN: Online Store Registration for the fastest response.

Browsing the Online Store
After you have registered and logged in, you can navigate the online store using the menu on the left. Simply select a category and click on it. Many categories contain multiple subcategories allowing you to browse smaller, related groups of products. When you see a product you are interested in, click on it to look at a detailed page about the product.
On that page, you will see the dimensions, description, and price of the item. You can choose a quantity and add the item to your cart, add the item to your Gallery, or email the item to a friend.
My Cart
As you add products, you can click on My Cart to view your current order. My Cart lists each item you have added to your order showing the picture, product number, short description, quantity, price per unit, and total price. You can change the quantity of each item you have added to your order by changing the number in the Quantity box and clicking the Update Quantity button at the bottom of the cart. Each items quantity will be updated when the page refreshes. Anytime a quantity box is orange, it indicates that you have entered more quantity on your order than we currently have stock. You should see a message in red in place of the place order button that indicates you should lower the quantity and you will not be able to continue to checkout with your order until the quantity has been resolved.
You can also add products to your cart by importing them from your Gallery. Click on the "Import from the Gallery" button at the bottom of your order. The contents of the Gallery will be added to your order.
Should you not want certain items, just click on the delete below the quantity and it will be removed from the current order.
My Gallery
Any time that you add a product to the My Gallery will be saved for you there. It allows you a quick way to access your favorite products without having to go through the gallery each time you wish to view or order that product.
Express Checkout
If you know the product numbers for the items you would like to order, you can use the Express Checkout option. Simply enter the Product number and the quantity you would like of a product and then click next. The page should refresh with the item and quantity selected and an additional blank entry for another item to be added. These items are added to your Cart so that you can complete your order when you choose.
My Account
Your account information is available and can be altered in this window. There are four tabs.
• User Account contains your current email address and allows you to change your password.
• Bill To has your current billing address.
• Delivery Address is where any order you place online will be shipped.
• Order History shows your account activity.
On the User Account, Bill To, or Delivery Address tabs, if you make any changes, click update below the tab or the changes will be lost.
Order Information
Orders have a $250 minimum.
There is a two piece minimum for all products priced less than $5.00.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Information
Shipping cost is a percentage of your purchase total before discounts. The shipping percentage is 10%, 11%, or 13%, depending on your geographic region (see map). An additional 1% will be charged for residential delivery. AA Importing Co reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier. Customers with special shipping requirements will be charged actual freight.
All international orders will be shipped freight collect. See the Payment section below for more information about international orders.
Online orders generally ship within three (3) business days. Orders containing furniture may take longer to process.
Orders containing under $2000 in furniture are subject to actual shipping charges. See
Terms and Conditions for more information on orders that contain furniture.

* Wire transfer is the only form of payment that will be accepted for international orders.
